Bernhard Koessler is a senior Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services advisor
with more than 20 years of international experience helping organizations design, establish, and transform operating models across Europe and Asia.
Throughout his career, Bernhard has successfully led the creation of shared service centers, global capability centers, and legal entities from the ground up. His expertise covers the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives — from location strategy and business case development to legal entity establishment, governance design, operating model implementation, and operational scaling.
He has extensive experience supporting multinational organizations in setting up and optimizing service delivery operations in India, Romania, Poland, and other European locations. His work includes defining Target Operating Models (TOM), establishing governance frameworks, managing transitions, and building scalable organizations that support sustainable business growth.
